Tailor-Fit Fitness Training Exercises for You
Our fitness coaches here, at 5th Element Fitness, will help you achieve your fitness goals. Depending on your body type and fitness needs, they will come up with workout and training exercises that would be perfect for you.
1 on 1 Training sessions (all ages)
One on one training sessions provide you with a private session between you and your trainer/coach. Every movement is geared toward your needs, and your goals. This is perfect for if you are new to the gym or need guidance though each new movement. Each session is 45-60 minutes long. You will be challanged as each movement, set and rep schemes is tailored to achieving maximum performance.
Team Training (Teen/Adult)
This is not to be confused with group fitness. This is training along side of others that share in your fitness interest. This is not one on one, but a team atmosphere lead by your trainer/coach. With up to 9 of your peers at your side you will be safely pushed to your limits with a creative/Fun workout of the day aka W.O.D. Although these workouts are not specifically design for only you, These workouts will still have you in mind, with proper progressions, modifications and proper coaching.
High School Athletes Strength & Conditioning (8th-12th grade)
This is a year round program dedicated to sports. Using sports specific training and movements. This program is designed to develop a teens power, strength, mobility and overall conditioning by using applicable movement patterns. This is also known as Sport Specific Training. Perfect for any athlete in highschool sports.
